Role & responsibilities

The Role Summary

The CSM is the primary link between our clients and our creative teams. You will manage a client portfolio, ensure projects (brochures, websites, video, etc.) meet goals, define scopes, drive client satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as the main point of contact.
  • Project Oversight: Define scopes, manage expectations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
  • Communication: Clearly convey client needs and feedback to the creative teams and communicate status updates back to clients.
  • Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling services and contribute to client strategy.
  • Advocacy: Understand client business goals, particularly in Real Estate and digital marketing.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3+ years in Account Management or Client Service, ideally within an agency or design firm.
  • Proven ability to manage client portfolios and drive retention.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Real Estate industry and digital marketing services is a strong asset.
