Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for an Operational Specialist. The Operational Specialist will manage daily operations, ensure smooth project execution, and support overall organizational goals. Responsibilities include handling operations management tasks, analyzing data for decision-making, collaborating with teams to streamline processes, and supporting sales-related activities where necessary. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Operations Management skills to optimize processes and drive efficiency
  • Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in Sales and Project Management to support client-focused operations
  • Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented, and proactive manner
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in tools and software relevant to operations and project management is an advantage
  • Prior experience in operational roles is beneficial
