Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our hospitals marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital campaigns that promote our hospital services, build patient trust, and increase online visibility. This role requires both creativity and analytical skills with a strong understanding of healthcare audiences and compliance regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote hospital services, departments, and health awareness campaigns
  • Manage hospital website content updates, landing pages, and ensure patient-friendly UX
  • Execute SEO and SEM campaigns to increase organic search rankings and visibility
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) focused on patient acquisition and branding
  • Plan and schedule regular content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor online reputation and manage patient reviews on platforms like Google, Practo, JustDial, and healthcare directories
  • Coordinate with doctors, departments, and designers to create health-focused blogs, videos, and promotional content
  • Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite
  • Ensure all digital campaigns comply with healthcare advertising standards and data privacy regulations
  • Manage email and SMS campaigns for patient engagement, health tips, and appointment reminders
