About The Opportunity
A growth-oriented company operating in the Digital Marketing & Advertising sector, delivering integrated performance marketing, content, and analytics-driven campaigns for B2B and B2C clients across e‑commerce, SaaS, and consumer brands. We combine paid media, SEO, CRO, and marketing automation to drive measurable revenue and customer acquisition.

We are hiring an on-site Digital Marketing Manager in India to own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization across paid and organic channels. Join Formics to scale high-impact programs and drive measurable business outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Shopping), Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and programmatic channels to achieve CPA/ROAS goals.
  • Lead SEO strategy—technical audits, on-page optimisation, content gap analysis and backlink initiatives—to grow organic traffic and conversions.
  • Set up and maintain analytics & tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM taxonomy), build campaign dashboards, and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Run A/B tests and CRO experiments on landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates and lifetime value metrics.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, audience segmentation and creative testing; optimize toward unit economics and business KPIs.
  • Collaborate with content, design and sales teams to align messaging, landing pages and automation flows that improve lead quality and funnel velocity.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing with proven campaign ROI results across paid search and social.
  • Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Google Tag Manager; strong analytical mindset with Excel comfort.
  • Track record of improving CPA/ROAS and running A/B tests; familiarity with CRO principles and landing-page optimisation.

Preferred

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and email nurture/campaign flows.
  • Basic SQL skills for ad-hoc reporting, familiarity with BI tools (Looker/Tableau) and attribution modelling.
  • Agency or multi-client experience, plus exposure to programmatic/display and e‑commerce tracking (GA4 ecommerce events).
