Position Overview:

We are seeking an
experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter – US IT Recruitment
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have
strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, client engagement, vendor management, and staffing operations
. This role will focus on
sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent
while working closely with clients, hiring managers, and recruitment teams to meet hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle US IT Recruitment

• Source, screen, and recruit
  top IT professionals
  for
  contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles
  .
• Utilize
  ATS and VMS platforms
  like
  Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, SAP Fieldglass, and Beeline
  .
• Work closely with
  clients, hiring managers, and recruitment teams
  to define job requirements.
• Conduct
  technical and behavioural interviews
  to assess candidates' suitability.
• Manage the
  end-to-end hiring process
  , including offer negotiations, onboarding, and compliance.

Client & Account Management

• Build and maintain strong
  client relationships
  with direct clients, MSPs, and VMS vendors.
• Work with
  account managers and business development teams
  to understand client needs.
• Ensure
  client satisfaction, timely candidate delivery, and high interview-to-hire ratios
  .

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition Strategy

• Utilize
  job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, Indeed, ZipRecruiter)
  and
  social media platforms
  for candidate sourcing.
• Perform
  Boolean searches, headhunting, and proactive outreach
  to build a pipeline of candidates.
• Develop and maintain a
  candidate database
  for future hiring needs.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure candidates meet
  US work authorization (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, OPT, CPT, H1B, TN Visa, Green Card, US Citizen)
  requirements.
• Conduct
  reference checks, background verifications, and ensure all documentation is in place
  .
• Follow
  EEO and OFCCP guidelines
  for hiring and ensure compliance with US employment laws.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

• Track and analyze
  hiring metrics
  such as
  time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, submittal-to-hire ratio, and candidate pipeline health
  .
• Provide
  weekly and monthly recruitment reports
  to management and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred):
  Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:
5+ years in
US IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing
.

Industry Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with
IT recruitment across technologies (Cloud, DevOps, AI, ERP, Networking, Cybersecurity, Data Science, etc.)
.

Technical Proficiency:
Experience working with
ATS (Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, iCIMS, Taleo)
and
VMS (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator)
.

Sourcing Expertise:
Proficiency in
Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, TechFetch)
.

Communication & Negotiation:
Strong ability to
engage with candidates, negotiate salaries, and build relationships with clients and vendors
.

Problem-Solving:
Ability to
handle high-volume hiring, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts
.

Team Leadership (Preferred):
Experience in
mentoring junior recruiters and leading recruitment teams
is a plus.
