We are looking for a Brand Ambassador for one of our reputed International Fragrance brand.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance by achieving targets, increasing revenue, and expanding customer base.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory management, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales (preferably in fragrances).
  • Strong understanding of perfume industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving shared objectives.
  • Must be willing to work in flexible shifts including night shifts.
