We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, specifically in billing systems. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing test strategies to ensure the quality and integrity of our billing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and billing workflows in the P&C insurance domain.
  • Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for billing modules including premium calculations, payments, adjustments, cancellations, reinstatements, and refunds.
  • Execute functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
  • Validate billing transactions across upstream and downstream systems (e.g., policy, claims, general ledger).
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure end-to-end quality coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by providing guidance and reviewing test coverage.
  • Automate regression test cases where applicable (optional based on role requirements).
  • Ensure compliance with QA best practices and corporate standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 37 years of experience in QA roles with a focus on billing systems in P&C insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C insurance billing concepts (e.g., invoicing, direct bill, agency bill, commissions, payment plans).
  • Hands-on experience with QA tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Selenium (optional), Postman (for API testing).
  • Strong SQL skills for backend testing and data validation.
  • Experience testing Majesco BillingCenter or similar Billing System.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
