As a Billing Associate, you will be the primary contact for all Billing issues reported on our website.

Your ultimate responsibility is to provide support for billing queries reported by Resellers over email and calls. Ensure payments we receive on our website is from a genuine source and Resellers comply to our terms of service.

What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.

• Assisting Resellers & Customers over calls & emails for billing queries like:

− How to add funds to their accounts.

− Mode of payments.

− Basic queries related to integration of Payment Gateways with the Reseller account.

− Product Pricing & Promo information.

− Processing Refund Requests.

• Billing related tasks from Sales Team.
• Reconciliation of daily transactions.
• Review risky transaction and identify Frauds
• Risky related task such as reversals, deletions etc
• Daily operations involving billing and risk assessment.
• Verify documents received as proof of payments and account ownership.

Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.

• 0-2 years' experience in Risk Assessment, Payment Gateway Support, Customer Service or

similar capacity, preferably on an IT platform.

• Graduate from any stream. Preferably Commerce, Engineering, or BSC (IT or Computers).
• Impeccable communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of computers and the Internet; strong ability to develop new

skills.

• Proficient in MS. Excel and MS. Word.
• Logical and analytical thought process.
• Avid internet user.
• Good investigative skills and strong attention to detail.
