1. Role Overview:

The Account Executive at RCD plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the company. This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, managing statutory compliance, and supporting internal financial processes. The candidate should be adept in accounting practices, software tools, and possess a thorough understanding of applicable financial regulations.

2. Key Responsibilities:A. Financial Transactions & Record-Keeping

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and general accounts.
  • Prepare vouchers, bills, and receipts systematically.
  • Reconcile bank statements with internal records regularly.

B. Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Track and manage outstanding receivables and payables.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients; follow up for timely payments.
  • Process vendor payments after appropriate verification.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding account statements.

C. Taxation & Compliance

  • Prepare and file statutory returns (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).
  • Assist in annual statutory audits and internal audits.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and accounting standards.
  • Maintain documentation for tax purposes and liaise with tax consultants.

D. Financial Reporting

  • Prepare periodic MIS reports, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
  • Assist in monthly and yearly closings.
  • Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain and update records for budgeting and forecasting.

E. Coordination & Communication

  • Communicate effectively with vendors, banks, and internal departments.
  • Support senior accountants in special projects and audits.
  • Attend internal finance review meetings and provide updates.

3. Required Qualifications:

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

(M.Com or pursuing CA/ICWA is an added advantage)

  • Experience:

1–3 years in a similar accounting or finance role.

4. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and basic MS Office tools.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc. is a plus).
  • Working knowledge of statutory filings (GST, TDS, PF, ESI).
  • Understanding of reconciliation, journal entries, and ledgers.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
