We are looking for a
high-caliber Chartered Accountant (CA)
to join as
Executive Assistant to the CEO
— a
strategic and analytical
role that goes far beyond traditional executive support.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the top leadership team and play a key role in
business planning, financial management, and decision-making
across multiple business verticals.
About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll act as a
strategic business partner
, enabling the CEO to drive performance, monitor key metrics, and execute critical initiatives.
You will bring together financial insights, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support data-driven decisions at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Business Insights
- Collaborate with leadership on the
Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
and
Long-Range Plan (LRP)
. - Conduct detailed
P&L and variance analysis
, providing actionable insights on business performance. - Track and report
key performance indicators (KPIs)
such as revenue, margins, costs, and productivity. - Build and maintain
management dashboards and trend reports
. - Partner with business heads to ensure alignment of results with strategic goals.
2. Strategic Projects & CEO Office Management
- Support the CEO in executing
special and high-impact projects
across the organization. - Gather and analyze functional reports to identify business issues and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare briefs, business updates, and pre-reads for CEO meetings.
- Track and ensure closure of
action points (MOM follow-ups)
within defined timelines.
3. Reporting & Communication
- Prepare
Board presentations, management reports, and business review decks
. - Deliver insights on
market trends, business performance, and profitability drivers
to aid strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in FP&A, Corporate Strategy, Management Reporting, or Business Planning.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic / Corporate Planning roles within NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Services preferred.
Key Skills
- Strong in
financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
. - Expertise in
MS Excel and PowerPoint
; exposure to
Power BI / Anaplan / SQL
preferred. - Experience in
P&L analysis
of an entire business unit or organization. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work directly with
CXO-level leaders
. - High ownership, confidentiality, and business acumen.
