Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise data pipelines and architecture.
  • Define and implement data deduplication strategies to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
  • Establish and enforce data standards, quality metrics, and best practices for data management.
  • Oversee the orchestration of data flows between Snowflake, SFDC, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Guide the development of SQL schemas, views, and automation pipelines to support analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business objectives.
  • Drive the adoption of RPA tools such as UI Path and Alteryx for process automation and data transformation. - Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to the strategic roadmap of the Analytics CoE.

Key Skills and Technologies

  • 7–9 years of experience in data engineering, data management, or analytics roles.
  • Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and schema design.
  • Proficiency in Snowflake, Salesforce (SFDC), and data orchestration tools.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and deduplication methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UI Path and data automation platforms like Alteryx.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on scalability, performance, and data-driven decision making.
