Job Summary-

We are seeking a driven and action-oriented technical manager to join our growing team and help deliver and meet various requirements and needs. As a technical manager it is crucial to oversee the technical operations of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. It is also vital to achieving company objectives by managing technical teams and aligning projects with business goals. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a projects organization and timeline.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage technical teams in project execution.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of technical projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout project lifecycles.
  • Oversee system performance and address any problems
  • Develop and enforce technical training programs for team members.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to optimize operations.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Mentor and develop team members using data and feedback from the team
  • • Develop the people which you're responsible for into productive contributing teams

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience as Technical Manger
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Having development experience in Microsoft technologies
  • Experience in tracking and managing work assignment through Azure DevOps
  • Experience with web and database technologies
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related field
