About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer & Video Creator who blends creativity with technology.

The ideal candidate will not only craft engaging visuals and motion graphics but will also explore and implement AI-based design tools to enhance design workflows, creativity and efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing and technical teams to develop branding materials, event videos, social media visuals, and presentation assets that reflect our company's innovation-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality marketing collaterals, technical presentations, brochures, and social media creatives using tools such as Canva, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Conceptualize and create marketing & technical videos will be a key part of the role proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related video editing tools is essential.
  • Develop storyboards, design concepts, and creative themes for digital campaigns, event visuals, and technical showcases.
  • Explore and leverage AI-based design and video tools (e.g., Firefly, Synthesia, Runway ML,InVideo AI, etc.) to enhance creative output.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and engineering teams to align visuals with project narratives and technical accuracy.
  • Handle the backend management of the company website (basic updates, visuals, and SEO coordination).
  • Take creative briefs from internal international teams and deliver culturally and technically aligned designs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all external and internal communication materials.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry or technical content.
  • Experience in handling inputs from international clients and translating them into professional visuals.
  • Basic knowledge of website backend management and SEO optimization. (optional but preferred).
  • Familiarity with 3D visualization tools (optional but preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in graphic design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, video creation, or visual communication.

  • Proficiency in:

  • Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro and video creating & editing tools.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven design tools is must (Firefly, Synthesia, Runway ML, InVideo AI, etc.).

  • Strong visual sense with understanding of typography, layout, and storytelling.

  • Experience in coordinating with globally distributed internal teams and converting their inputs into professional marketing and visual communication materials.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with international timelines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
