Senior Graphic Designer @ Pune | Hybrid (3 days in office)

Role Summary

We're refreshing Sigma Solve's brand and need a senior, concept-driven designer to own our visual identity end-to-end. You'll define the brand design language, shape our website experience, and create modular social media templates and GTM collateral that make us stand out in a crowded IT services landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Own the brand system: Create/update the visual identity (logo usage, color, type, grids, iconography, illustration style, motion cues, photography rules) and maintain a scalable brand design system with documentation.
  • Website design: Lead UX/UI design for the corporate site and key landing pages (wireframes to high-fidelity in Figma), partnering with content, SEO, and engineering; ensure responsive, fast, and conversion-oriented pages.
  • Marketing toolkits: Build a library of social media templates, one-pagers, case-study layouts, decks, event kits, email banners, and sales collateral; enable easy reuse by non-designers.
  • Brand refresh execution: Translate positioning and messaging into distinctive visual narratives; run design explorations and bold concepts, then narrow to what's both ownable and effective.
  • Motion & micro-interactions (nice to have): Light motion graphics, videos and interaction guidelines for web and social.
  • Governance: Set up brand guidelines, component libraries, and review rituals; evangelize brand consistency across teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with VP Sales & Marketing, content, demand gen, web dev, and leadership; manage timelines and vendor handoffs.

Must-Haves

  • 10–15 years in brand/visual design with a strong brand refresh or rebrand portfolio (preferably B2B/technology or services).
  • Demonstrated ability to craft a distinctive design language and carry it through website + social + sales collateral.
  • Risk-taking creativity with business sense: you can push the envelope and still hit conversion goals.
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong typography, layout systems, and visual hierarchy; knowledge of accessibility-minded design.
  • Experience collaborating with web developers; basic understanding of responsive design, export specs, and web constraints.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders; clear rationale and data-aware design decisions.
  • Based in Pune; able to work hybrid (3 days in office)
