We are seeking an experienced
Pricing Professional (ASM/DSM/Manager/SM/CM)
with
5–14 years of expertise
in pricing within the
freight forwarding & 3PL sector
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
pricing strategy, RFQs, vendor management, sales support, and profitability analysis
. Candidates with a
Commerce background and MBA (Finance preferred)
, along with strong
analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and maintain pricing tools and profitability models.
  • Conduct sensitivity analysis and monitor input costing changes to provide actionable insights.
  • Present pricing analysis with trends, forecasts, and recommendations to management.
  • Lead pricing-related projects / RFQs including timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
  • Support sales team with RFQs, quotations, and client-specific scope understanding.
  • Ensure timely job closure with correct data inputs and payment processing in company systems.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure competitive and quality operations.
  • Communicate and implement pricing changes across stakeholders.
  • Assist R&D efforts with market intelligence and industry feedback.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through effective pricing strategies and operational excellence.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate (Commerce background preferred).
  • MBA in Finance is an added advantage.
