Ira Water is a professional services company offering water conservation and water management services to industries and institutions. We provide comprehensive solutions including system design and turnkey implementations of Rainwater Harvesting, Water Body Creation, Flood Mitigation, Groundwater Recharge, Water Instrumentation and Industry Compliances.

Role Description

We are looking for a driven Marketing Executive who can build and run result-oriented marketing campaigns to support our Sales growth. This role combines creativity, analytical thinking and hands-on execution. The right candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable taking ownership from planning to execution while driving measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Ira's digital presence with content and engagement-driven activities.
  • Create engaging posts, blogs, case studies, videos and captions.
  • Repurpose and adapt content while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Plan, run and monitor LinkedIn campaigns that drive qualified leads.
  • Work closely with Sales to translate field feedback into sharper, insight-driven campaigns.
  • Track, report and optimize campaign performance metrics and plan/manage budgets.
  • Manage newsletters, drip campaigns and follow-up emails.
  • Maintain CRM for lead tracking and data hygiene.

Knowledge & Skill requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B, high-growth environment
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills - ability to simplify technical topics creatively
  • Proven success using LinkedIn platform
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, MS Office, ChatGPT/AI tools
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics and Google Ads (certifications preferred)
  • Self-motivated, organized with inclination for action and learning
