Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Lead Generation Specialist with proven experience running outbound prospecting using and The ideal candidate has previously managed end-to-end outbound campaigns for B2B technology or IT services companies and is confident working with data, sequences, messaging, and analytics.

This is a performance-driven role responsible for generating qualified leads for our Sales team across UK/EU markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Campaign Management

  • Build and manage outbound sequences in Apollo and
  • Research, segment, and enrich prospect lists based on ICP.
  • A/B test subject lines, messaging, send times, and sequences.
  • Maintain high sender reputation and deliverability.

2. Prospecting & List Building

  • Identify decision-makers using Apollo, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Validate data, remove duplicates, and ensure high-quality contact lists.
  • Work closely with Sales to refine ICP and targeting strategies.

3. Lead Qualification & Handover

  • Track opens, clicks, replies, and conversions.
  • Qualify leads based on interest and fit.
  • Schedule meetings/calls for the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate notes in CRM.

4. Reporting & Optimisation

  • Weekly reporting on campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Optimise messaging and sequences to improve reply and conversion rates.
  • Continuously improve targeting accuracy and conversion efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 35 years of hands-on outbound lead generation experience in B2B.
  • Deep working knowledge of & (mandatory).
  • Experience with email deliverability, domain warm-up, and inbox rotation.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels (MQL SQL Opportunity).
  • Ability to write clear and persuasive outreach messaging.
  • Comfortable working UK/EU time zones and targets.
  • Experience in IT Services, BPO, Managed Services, SaaS, or Telecom is a strong plus.

  • Number of targeted prospects added weekly
  • Sequence performance (open %, reply %, meeting booked %)
  • Qualified meetings handed to Sales
  • Lead-to-opportunity ratio
  • Data accuracy & list quality
