Job Overview
IndiWork is seeking a Lead Generation specialist for a full-time, remote internship based in Mohali, Delhi, or Kurukshetra. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers with 0-1 years of work experience. The role involves identifying potential leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting digital marketing strategies to grow our company's client base and online presence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems, essential tools for identifying and managing potential leads (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with email marketing automation to streamline communication and nurture leads (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to understand social media analytics, enabling the evaluation of campaign performances to optimize lead generation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot for efficient customer relationship management and lead tracking.
- Competence in Google Analytics to track and analyze web traffic data for better decision-making.
- Understanding of content management systems (CMS), helpful in maintaining website content and enhancing online experiences.
- Strong communication skills for building and maintaining professional client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data to improve lead generation strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Research and identify new potential leads through various online platforms and networking channels.
- Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring information is accurate and current.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and enhance relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage potential leads.
- Analyze social media and web traffic data to make informed decisions on marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with broader company goals.
- Participate in team meetings, providing insights and feedback to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Track the performance of lead generation campaigns and report insights to senior management.
