Like?

  • Responsible for training the Tele debt management team.
  • Guide and motivate the Tele debt management team on their monthly targets and evaluate their performance
  • Run daily team stand-up/ huddle, ensure attendance and adherence to defined protocols
  • Maintain fair collection practices while dealing with customers and ensuring that the team follows the same
  • Ensure that the team is responsible for administrative work related to the collection such as providing and maintaining MIS reports, and reviewing collection feedback on a daily/Weekly & Monthly basis.
  • Ensure that you and the team are up to date on all relevant circulars and all products/services offered What are some of the good to have skills for this role?
  • Strong communication, influencing skills, and calling etiquette
  • 3 years of people management experience in telesales, customer experience, and operations role
  • Should have a working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Should have high professional ethics and integrity
  • Qualification: Any Graduate
