Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Transactions: Record payments, receipts, and reconcile accounts in SAP.
  2. SAP Handling: Input data, generate reports, and resolve system issues.
  3. Fee Management: Assist Accountant with fee collection and maintain records.
  4. Budget and Reports: Prepare financial reports and assist Accountant in budgeting.
  5. Audit Support: Provide documents for audits and ensure compliance.
  6. Vendor Management: Process payments and resolve vendor discrepancies.
  7. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with college accounts.
  8. Payroll Assistance: Support salary disbursements and tax records.
  9. Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
  10. Authority Approval: Taking Approvals from the Authorities before proceeding the transactions.
  11. Any other responsibilities as may be assigned to you by the Accountant, Registrar, Principal/Management from time to time.
