**Main Duties & Responsibilities**

**We need accounting clerk for India Facility.**

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
Accounts receivable:
Cash postings
Help monitor credit manager inbox
Post invoices
Update customer accounts
Help monitor credit holds
Contact customers regarding past due invoices, short payments, over payments, and issues
Help review AR aging
Help with various month end close duties
Customer portals support and administration
Collections KPI reporting
Sales and Use Tax filings:
Gather and maintain customer sales tax exemption forms
Champion the sales and use tax project
Gather information needed to file Sales & Use tax
Assist in the enforcement of SOX controls and processes:
Vendor maintenance
Customer maintenance
Banking maintenance

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications and Skills**:
3-5 years or more of related Accounting experience
High School Diploma or GED, Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent education
Excellent written and verbal English
Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
Knowledge of Syteline and Blackline financial reporting systems is a plus

**Physical Demands/Work Environment**:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced business while in a remote environment
Ensures that effective communication and teamwork are maintained within areas of responsibility
Ability to perform in a dynamic environment.
Comfort and familiarity with systems is critical.
Ability to exercise independent direction and judgment.
