Job Title: Bookkeeper Key Responsibilities * Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. * Perform bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and expense tracking. * Manage invoices, payments, and receipts in Zoho Books or QuickBooks. * Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports for management review. * Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and expense analysis. * Coordinate with accountants or auditors during month-end and year-end closing. * Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. * Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
