Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients (corporates, startups, and brands) for recruitment, staffing, and background verification (BGV) partnerships.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other online/offline channels.
  • Pitch recruitment, staffing, and BGV solutions to decision-makers such as HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and Business Owners.
  • Build and maintain a strong client pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups for business conversion.
  • Understand client hiring and verification needs and coordinate with internal delivery/recruitment teams to ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain and update CRM/client databases with accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Drive business growth by achieving weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and client agreements.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development preferably in recruitment, staffing, or BGV services.
  • Experience in CRM management and client relationship lifecycle handling.
  • Strong ability to connect and build rapport with CXOs, HR Heads, and key decision-makers.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM platforms, and LinkedIn Sales tools.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, HR, or related field.
  • 810 years of experience in inside sales, business development, client acquisition, or account management.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM tools and background verification (BGV) business development preferred.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or staffing industry is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
