Job summary:

We are looking for a HR Executive. You will take ownership of HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.

Role & responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation programs

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in the resolution of workplace conflicts and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process collaborating with employee and managers to take the feedback.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee morale and job satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using HRIS and MS Office applications.
