Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant Executive to manage financial

transactions, reporting, and compliance for our EdTech organization. The ideal candidate will

have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to support financial

planning while ensuring accuracy in all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage daily accounting tasks: AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.

● Prepare accurate financial records, statements, and reports.

● Oversee billing, invoicing, collections for students, courses, and partnerships.

● Monitor expenses; support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

● Process reimbursements and maintain employee financial records.

● Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR, and Tech teams for smooth workflows.

● Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in financial data.

● Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

● Maintain and organize finance, HR, administration, and compliance files.

● Update and manage student records and admission documentation.

● Keep records accurate, updated, and systematically stored (physical & digital).

● Assist in preparing reports, ledgers, and documents for audits.

● Coordinate with departments for document submission and collection.

● Track file movement and maintain file-tracking systems.

● Safeguard sensitive and confidential information.

● Perform other tasks assigned by Accounts Head/Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹24,000.00 per month
