**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing plans to support business objectives, including but not limited to brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn tailored to specific audiences and objectives.
- Manage all social media channels, including content scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media strategies into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing, and incorporate relevant insights into strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers, brand advocates, and industry professionals to expand reach and amplify brand messaging.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content creation across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, and other multimedia content creation tools is a plus.
