**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing content for campaigns and promotions
- Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to drive brand reach and awareness
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and social media trends and incorporate them into campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media and marketing, with a focus on the fashion industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and how to effectively use them for marketing purposes
- Proven ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (required)
