Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies**:

- Develop and manage paid search and social media advertising campaigns.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.

Content Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- **
SEO and SEM Management**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
- **
Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, engaging with our audience to build community and enhance brand loyalty.
- **
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve open and conversion rates.
- **
Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for all digital marketing activities.
- Use insights to refine and improve ongoing and future campaigns.
- **
Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
