The Account Executive at Vision Techzone will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting tax and audit functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bookkeeping & Ledger Management

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP).
  • Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers for accounts payable, receivable, and other key accounts.
  • Post journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial data.

2. Financial Reporting

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Generate MIS and financial analysis reports for management review.

3. Taxation & Compliance

  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax laws.
  • Coordinate with auditors, CAs, and tax authorities when needed.

4. Banking & Reconciliation

  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
  • Track payments, receipts, and ensure reconciliation with books of accounts.

5. Accounts Receivable / Payable Management

  • Prepare and send client invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on collections.
  • Process vendor bills, verify supporting documentation, and manage timely payments.

6. Cost & Expense Control

  • Record and monitor business expenses.
  • Assist in budgeting and expenditure analysis.

7. Audit & Internal Controls

  • Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation and schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and procedures.

8. Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with internal departments for data collection and reporting.
  • Interact with clients regarding financial documentation, billing, and queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Experience in working with CA firms or financial consultancy environments.
  • Basic understanding of audit and compliance procedures.
