Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to support our client relationship management, internal coordination, and reporting tasks. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Google Sheets and Google Drive, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain and update trackers, reports, and performance data using Google Sheets.
  • Organize and manage client documents, briefs, and reports in Google Drive.
  • Prepare and share regular updates, summaries, and presentations with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Assist in creating proposals, quotations, invoices, and follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, operations, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Help in resolving client queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor deadlines and deliverables to ensure client commitments are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an account management, client servicing, or coordination role.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, filters, basic dashboards) and Google Drive (folder management, sharing settings, file organization).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
