Job Description – Accountant Executive Position Overview

The Accountant Executive is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, handling accounts payable/receivable, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization's financial operations. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Prepare and finalize accounts (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and other tax requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Support management with data analysis and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  • Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting/finance role.

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
