Telecaller Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Cold calls to potential clients/ customers to offer ATM Softek's software / IT service products.
  • Generate leads through digital channels (website enquiries, social media, etc.)
  • Contact prospective leads to schedule demos, meetings, or further product explanation.
  • Understand clients requirements to suggest suitable products or modules.
  • Maintain accurate records of call logs, customer interactions, leads, follow-ups in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Report daily/weekly/monthly sales numbers, number of calls, leads generated, conversion rates etc.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, or concerns politely and effectively.
  • Maintain good relationships so customers can give referrals or repeat business.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be graduates (any stream).
  • Candidates who are currently completing an internship in sales, marketing, or a related field are also eligible.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 3 to 6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service will be preferred.
  • Good verbal communication in Hindi (and possibly English)
  • Basic to moderate computer skills (using MS Office, CRM, telephony tools)

Job Types: Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
