Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can seamlessly blend the responsibilities of a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Specialist, and Business Analyst to drive digital transformation projects. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, AI/ML specialists and evangelists, and cloud architects to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for our customers. You will ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution, leveraging Agile methodologies to optimize project delivery, mitigate risks, and drive innovation. This role requires hands-on involvement in cloud solution architecture discussions, AI/GenAI implementation strategies, and Agile-driven project execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution. The fundamentals of project management and agile are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Agile Leadership:

• Drive end-to-end project execution using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies.
• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
• Ensure timely project delivery by managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Track progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and continuously optimize processes.

Business Analysis & Solution Design:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
• Define user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
• Assess feasibility and impact of AI & GenAI integration into business processes.
• Work with product owners to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Cloud Technologies & AI/GenAI Expertise:

• Ensure cloud best practices (AWS, Azure, GCP) are followed in solution development.
• Understand AI/ML, Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, computer vision, etc.) and assist in identifying AI-driven opportunities.
• Facilitate discussions around cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Work with data scientists, engineers, and architects to align AI/GenAI solutions with business goals.

Stakeholder & Change Management:

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, executives, and clients.
• Drive change management and adoption of Agile best practices across the organization and within customer teams as well.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency in project status and risks.
• Train and mentor Agile teams on Agile principles, frameworks, and AI-related innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Project Management & Agile Expertise:
• Strong experience with Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), Agile coaching, and Agile transformations.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Trello, , Asana, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
• Experience leading Agile teams in complex IT & digital transformation projects.
• Create standard project checkpoints for governance and report with relevant details.
• Seek out project risks and plan mitigations proactively.

Business Analysis & Solutioning:

• Ability to elicit and document business/technical requirements using user stories, BPMN, UML, wireframes, or mockups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology.
• Should be able to expand business requirements into tasks or user stories with clear acceptance criteria and 'definition of done'.

Cloud Technologies:

• Hands-on experience with Azure including cloud-native solutions and architectures.
• Familiarity with serverless, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, API integrations, and security best practices.

AI & GenAI Understanding:

• Knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, DeepSeek, Claude, LLaMA), NLP, and AI-powered automation.
• Understanding of AI ethics, model training, and AI adoption challenges in business.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• A mindset of continuous improvement, adaptability, and innovation.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):

• Agile & Scrum: CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP
