Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting with various stages of the hiring process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Support:
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists/Managers in identifying potential candidates using various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial research to identify target companies, industries, and candidate profiles.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate information.
  • Candidate Engagement & Coordination:
  • Initiate contact with potential candidates via email, LinkedIn InMail, or phone to assess initial interest and gather basic information.
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-up meetings between candidates and hiring managers/interviewers.
  • Send interview confirmations, reminders, and calendar invites to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and professional support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with posting job advertisements on various job boards, company careers page, and social media platforms.
  • Support the screening process by reviewing resumes for basic qualifications and formatting.
  • Prepare and organize recruitment-related documentation, such as offer letters, background check forms, and new hire paperwork.
  • Assist in maintaining recruitment reports and metrics, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, career fairs, or campus drives (if applicable).
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct basic market research on industry trends, competitor talent pools, and compensation benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to help optimize recruitment processes.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations team for seamless onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: [Specify desired experience, e.g., 0-2 years] of experience in an HR support role, recruitment coordination, or a similar administrative function. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Basic understanding of the recruitment process and various sourcing methods.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn about talent acquisition.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
