About the Role

We're seeking a highly capable
AI Developer
who can work across
frontend, backend, and AI systems
, building intelligent agents, integrating them into modern web applications, and deploying scalable, production-ready features.

The role involves working onsite with our team to design, develop, and maintain
AI-powered functionalities
across multiple live platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to blend AI workflows with robust full-stack architectures.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy
    custom AI agents
    using frameworks such as
    CrewAI
    ,
    Vibe
    ,
    LangChain
    , and
    OpenAI APIs
    .
  • Integrate AI features into full-stack web environments built on

    ,

    ,
    Django
    , and
    FastAPI
    .
  • Design backend APIs and orchestration layers for AI workflows and context management.
  • Implement
    RAG pipelines
    ,
    prompt templates
    , and
    memory management
    for LLM-based systems.
  • Work with
    version control (Git)
    for clean branching, merging, and collaboration.
  • Contribute to
    prompt versioning
    ,
    model configuration
    , and
    agent lifecycle management
    within Git-based workflows.
  • Collaborate with designers and product leads to enhance intelligent user-facing experiences.
  • Debug, document, and continuously refine AI behaviors and performance.
  • Deploy and optimize scalable APIs and services in
    Docker
    and
    cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
    .

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    and
    JavaScript/TypeScript
    .
  • Experience with
