We're looking for a passionate AI Agent Developer Intern
 who wants to explore the future of recruitment automation and contribute to developing 
AI Recruiters, Interview Bots, and Career Coaches
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing 
    AI agents
     using tools like 
    LangChain, FastAPI, and OpenAI API
    .
  • Support the creation of 
    chat-based automation workflows
     for hiring and learning modules.
  • Integrate AI models with existing systems like ATS, CRM, and job boards.
  • Help fine-tune prompts and build intelligent retrieval systems (RAG, embeddings, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the product team to test and optimize 
    AI resume screening and candidate matching engines
    .
  • Contribute ideas for 
    AI-driven hiring experiences
     within 
    The Career Artist
     platform.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of 
    Python, APIs, and AI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI, or TensorFlow)
    .
  • Interest in 
    LLMs, automation, and conversational AI
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    /
     (bonus).
  • Familiar with 
    MongoDB / PostgreSQL
     or any database.
  • Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn AI applications in recruitment.
