Job Purpose:


We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer (5+ years) who can think through AI, not just use it.

The role requires someone who can take vague ideas, structure them into intelligent systems, and express them through clear

logic, clean code, and thoughtful design.

As emphasized by our Senior VP, this role values clarity, creative reasoning, and the ability to view AI as a language of expression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-impact AI projects
  • Turn abstract ideas into automated, intelligent systems and scalable workflows
  • Build prototypes that evolve into core production systems
  • Use AI tools to refactor, write, and document code cleanly and efficiently
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions: RAG assistants, OCR pipelines, ML automations
  • Develop workflows and automations that streamline or eliminate manual business processes
  • Apply modern AI models (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) as creative and technical partners
  • Ensure all work reflects clear reasoning, structured logic, and readable design
  • Build tools that solve real-world problems across diverse industries
