We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Ex India to oversee and manage our outbound travel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of travel consultants, ensuring smooth handling of international tour packages, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of outbound travel consultants.
  • Plan, design, and customize outbound travel itineraries (FIT & GIT) including flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and activities.
  • Ensure timely quotations, bookings, and confirmations with accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), airlines, and suppliers for best rates and services.
  • Monitor team performance, allocate tasks, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with global travel trends, visa requirements, and destination knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and customer service standards.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and selling skills.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of international destinations, hotels, flights, and visa formalities.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools (Amadeus, Galileo, etc. preferred).
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
