We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead – Holidays to manage our holiday sales and operations team. The role involves designing and delivering domestic & international holiday packages, guiding the team to achieve sales targets, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and coordinating with suppliers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of holiday consultants.
  • Develop and sell customized holiday packages (domestic & international).
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end operations: itinerary planning, costing, booking, documentation, and customer support.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other vendors for best pricing and service quality.
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on destinations, products, and sales skills.
  • Maintain knowledge of travel trends, seasonal offers, visa processes, and emerging holiday destinations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of domestic & international holiday destinations.
  • Proven ability to sell and manage FIT/GIT holiday packages.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel booking systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
