Reports To: HR Manager / Clinic Director

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

About the Clinic:We are a growing cupping therapy and wellness clinic in Chennai, focused on providing holistic healing through traditional methods. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage key HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical roles.

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
  • Source candidates, schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and issue offer letters.
  • Maintain a recruitment tracker and database.

2. Onboarding & InductionFacilitate the onboarding process, including documentation and employee orientation.

  • Ensure timely access to systems, ID cards, and workspace setup.
  • Conduct HR induction to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture.

3. HR Generalist DutiesServe as the first point of contact for employee-related queries.

  • Maintain HR records, attendance, leave tracking, and HRIS updates.
  • Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, and compliance initiatives.

4. Payroll & Statutory ComplianceProcess monthly payroll data in coordination with the finance team/payroll vendor.

  • Manage inputs related to attendance, leaves, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
  • Handle compliance with PF, ESI, professional tax, and labor regulations.

5. Exit & OffboardingManage the resignation process including notice period, handovers, and final settlements.

  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain exit data for analysis.
  • Ensure clearance procedures are followed and access is revoked upon exit.
  • Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or clinic settings is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and HR operations.
