About the Job:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated MBA Fresher to join our Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you will talk to potential customers, understand their needs, and help our sales team grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talk to potential customers through phone calls, emails, or incoming inquiries.
  • Explain our products or services to customers in a clear and simple way.
  • Research companies and people online to find new sales leads.
  • Collect and save customer details like name, phone number, and address.
  • Set up meetings or product demos for interested customers.
  • Understand what the customer wants and answer their questions.
  • Share good leads with the senior sales team for deal closing.
  • Follow up regularly with customers who showed interest.
  • Keep the customer information updated in the CRM system.
  • Share your daily work updates with your manager.
  • Keep records properly as per ISO guidelines.
  • Work hard to achieve monthly sales targets.

Skills Required:

  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Confident while speaking on the phone.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Can use email, Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Able to do online research and collect information.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to manage time and tasks well.
