JD:

  • Prepare area statement for various projects in Mumbai and other regions and calculate built up areas. Calculate the amount of FSI generated from the plot.
  • Monitor and analyse architect drawings of projects and ensure that it is compliant with
  • Development Control Regulations (DCR) and offer comments to the design team.
  • Approve and propose for amendments and issue comments on architectural drawings
  • wherever necessary.
  • Keep regular updates on latest circulars and DCR rules.
  • Provide feedback on various changes in drawings, new circulars and queries on rules for
  • finalizing plans.
  • Respond to queries of various departments on DCR and other property related rules.
  • Interact with various departments for queries such as interiors and architect, projects and
  • execution, business development, finance, sales and legal.
  • Prepare budgets for municipal fees and charges on premium, concessions, TDR buying, etc.
  • Prepare advance cash flow for various projects.
  • Ensure all records and documents are updated and retrievable.

  • Good knowledge of design
