A reputed company is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – HR at its corporate office in Mumbai.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: MBA / MSW
  • Experience: 8–12 years (preferably in the manufacturing sector)
  • Base Location: Cuffe Parade, Nariman Point, Mumbai
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel to various plant locations as required
  • Preference: Male candidate

Key Responsibilities

  • Statutory Compliance:
  • Shop & Establishment Act
  • Factories Act

  • CLRA, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages Act

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • End-to-end recruitment of manpower

  • Salary negotiation and processing of employment offers

  • Payroll Management:

  • Execution of monthly payroll process

  • MIS & Data Analytics:

  • Preparation and processing of monthly and periodic MIS reports

  • Employee Engagement & Administration:

  • Employee onboarding and induction
  • Driving rewards and recognition initiatives
  • Coordinating HR activities across factory units
