Job Title: Assistant Manager Planning/Deputy Manager (Real Estate)

Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager Planning to oversee project schedules, optimize resources, and ensure timely completion of real estate construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules using planning software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow.
  • Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor project costs, schedules, and quality benchmarks.
  • Generate periodic reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Work Experience

  • 7-10 years of experience in project planning, preferably in real estate.

Core Competencies

  • Expertise in Primavera/MS Project and construction planning.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of real estate project management and execution.

Work Environment

  • Office-based role with site visits to track project progress.

Additional Requirement: Candidate must have experience in high-rise buildings and should have handled an entire project independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) is an advantage.
