Position Summary: The Telesales Executive will play a vital role in driving revenue by managing andsel-ling Schindler's Annual Maintenance (AMC) Contracts through outbound calls and customer engagement. The role involves ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies, CRM updates, lead generation, and follow-up activities. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, may be required to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1.
Driving Sales
•
Responsible for driving AMC sales to existing customer ensuring customer retention.
•
Implementing initiatives to drive sales performance and meet/exceed sales targets.
2.
Customer Relationship Management:
•
Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and identify upselling opportunities.
•
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
3.
Up-selling and Cross-selling:
•
Promote and sell contract upgrades and modernization kits to existing customers, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs.
4.
Post-Order Activities:
•
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-order activities, including order pro-cessing, contract fulfilment, and customer satisfaction.
5.
Performance and Reporting:
•
Drive assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) on weekly, Monthly & quarterly Basis
•
Prepare and submit regular performance reports to evaluate own performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
•
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
•
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the selling AMC's and upgrades domain.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
