About the Role
We are hiring for legacy business school seeking a dynamic
Head – Alumni Relations
to lead our pan-India alumni engagement strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role that will strengthen relationships with alumni, foster strategic partnerships, and create platforms for lifelong engagement across our three campuses in North and Eastern India.
Key Responsibilities
- Alumni Engagement Strategy:
Design and implement an institution-wide alumni engagement plan across campuses. - Data & Insights:
Lead alumni data collection, analytics, and database accuracy; define and track KPIs and success metrics. - Partnership Development:
Build alumni partnerships for mentorships, internships, scholarships, and career opportunities. - Events & Visibility:
Drive large-scale alumni events, networking forums, reunions, and digital engagement initiatives. - Institutional Integration:
Ensure alumni feedback informs strategic planning, marketing, admissions, and career services. - Chapter Management:
Build strong relationships with alumni chapters; oversee chapter activities, communications, and meets. - Young Alumni Board:
Oversee and grow the Young Alumni Board, guiding initiatives to engage recent graduates. - Alumni Benefits & Recognition:
Develop exclusive alumni benefits, recognition programs, and engagement incentives. - Fundraising & Giving Programs:
Design and manage alumni giving campaigns and other strategic contribution initiatives.
Eligibility & Skills
- 10–15 years in alumni relations, partnerships, corporate outreach, stakeholder management, or community building.
- Proven leadership experience in institution-wide engagement programs.
- Strong strategic thinking, data analytics, and CRM tool proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel when required.
Key Performance Indicators
- Growth in alumni engagement (event participation, platform activity).
- Number and quality of partnerships (mentorships, internships, scholarships).
- Measurable integration of alumni feedback into institutional strategies.
- Activation and growth of the Young Alumni Board.
