Our organization seeks a skilled Alumni Relations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty members, admissions teams, and other key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate student onboarding activities, including sending offers, processing loans, and fee collection.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with AND alumni through regular communication and engagement.
  • Nurture the alumni community by identifying opportunities to add value and grow connections.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information, ensuring seamless data analysis and reporting.
  • Manage the development and implementation of reports and metrics to measure program success.
  • Collaborate with visiting/adjunct faculty to coordinate scheduling and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Process faculty invoices and ensure timely payment.
  • Support marketing efforts for activities involving academic staff participation.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous approach to administrative tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic math abilities and understanding of financial concepts.
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with two Saturdays off per month.
