AND Academy Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the position of Senior Executive- Alumni Relations & Student Assistance to join our company and act as a point of contact by linking employees, internal departments, and customers.

Work Experience :

At least 1.5 plus years (minimum) experience in the administrative support field, preferably in education.

Education :

Graduate with short term -professional/ vocational qualifications. MBA is a plus.

Job Description :

  • Focal point of contact for students, faculty members, admissions teams and other key stakeholders.
  • Student onboarding – sending offers, processing loans and fee collection
  • Alumni Relations - Building and maintaining connects with all AND Alumni
  • Alumni Relations - Nurturing the community by constantly adding value
  • Coordination and troubleshooting with students
  • Maintaining student information in an organized, easy-to-analyze format
  • Setting up and maintaining MIS and reports
  • Coordination, scheduling and troubleshooting with visiting/adjunct faculty
  • Processing of faculty invoices
  • Supporting marketing for activities involving the participation of academic staff

Personality & Must have :

  • Proficiency in Google sheets and MS Word.
  • Excellent email-writing and note-taking skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate students record and data
  • Time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Meticulous approach to administrative tasks
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic math abilities and an understanding of basic financial concepts
  • Professional appearance and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments

Working Timings : Work from office only

9.00 a.m – 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday)

10:00 a.m – 5:00 pm (Saturday), 2 Saturday's off in a month.

Remuneration :

35,000 to 40,000/month

(Negotiable and commensurate with skills and qualifications.)
