About the Role

Interactive Bees is hiring a Client Servicing Executive who is exceptionally strong in social media management, communication, and client coordination. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency environment and should be comfortable handling daily client communication for social media-led projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, especially for social media campaigns and content planning.
  • Understand client briefs clearly and communicate them effectively to design, content, social media, and strategy teams.
  • Manage day-to-day social media requirements—content calendars, approvals, posting schedules, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely delivery of social media creatives, reels, stories, and campaign assets.
  • Maintain excellent communication and rapport with clients to ensure smooth workflow and high satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, track progress, and keep clients updated.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
  • Identify areas to enhance campaign performance and suggest proactive ideas.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
  • Strong command over English communication (written and verbal).
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
  • Experience handling social media calendars, client approvals, and coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver tasks within deadlines.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing basics (SEO, performance ads, websites) is a bonus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and proactive follow-up skills.

Education

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related fields preferred.
