Job Description/ Responsibilities:

Self driven, dynamic candidate with a strong marketing/sales background.

  • Should have experience in generating leads, through different channels, of C&I segment power consumers who are willing to procure RE power/ set up RE power plants
  • Should be well versed with Open Access Regulations across different states in India for sale of RE power.
  • Should have fair knowledge of energy solutions based on emerging technologies in RE segment (Solar/Wind/BESS/Hybrid etc ) for C&I power consumers
  • Responsible for Business Development in the assigned region including customer acquisition to increase Sales revenue quarter after quarter.
  • Will also be responsible for Sales Promotion, Customer Relationship Management, Market research including competitor information, and Service.
  • Formulating strategies & tapping unexplored market segments for business expansion.
  • Reviewing the market response/ requirements/change and communicating the same to the management.
  • Involved in business development function of the SBU : Responsible for analysis & Study of RFP/RFQ, Solution/Proposal Development, Product Presentation, Negotiation , Order Procurement and Relationship Management
  • Scanning and analyzing emerging business scenario in Power, Steel, Mining, data centers and other power extensive segments
  • Communicate with Vendors, Buyer, Business Analyst
  • Assist marketing head in developing marketing collaterals and advertising.
  • Ensure accuracy & timeliness as per business needs & demonstrate high sense of accountability
  • Increase sales in the existing customer base and by creating new customers.
  • Techno-commercial negotiation, timely Order processing and Offer processing
  • Maintain proper documentation and feedback received for all activities of Industrial marketing
  • Candidate must be ready for extensive travel for the purpose of maintaining and developing new market Drive the company's sales and promotions during fairs & exhibitions.
  • Find new and better ways to enlist more clients and customers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

BE/ Bsc/MBA-Marketing. Candidate should be from a science background with extensive prior Business Development/sales/ experience. Should have the ability to meet strict deadlines and targets. Should be a self driven individual with a passion to accomplish the tasks within timelines. Should be computer savvy.

Excellent communication (written and oral), strong presentation, and client facing/negotiating skills.
